This Privacy Policy describes how Gehirn OÜ and its affiliates (“Gehirn,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collect, use, and share Personal Information (including “Personal Data,” as those terms are defined under applicable law) in connection with your use of our website (cloud-routers.com and related domains), services, and applications (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) does not apply to information or content our customers may process when using our Services.

1.1 Personal Information You Provide

We collect Personal Information when you register for an Account to use our Services or communicate with us as follows:

  • Account Registration. When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including your name, company name, address and/or your city and country of residence and postal code, email address, payment method information including your PayPal ID and transaction information, business information, a profile image in connection with the use of certain of our Services if you choose to provide one, and telephone number. If you choose to refer a friend to our Services, we may also collect your friend's email address so that we may send them a referral or promotional code to sign up for our Services.
  • Payment Information. When you add your financial account information to your Account, that information is directed to our third-party payment processors. We do not store your financial account information on our systems; however, we have access to, and may retain, subscriber information we receive through our third-party payment processors.
  • User Content. When you use our Services, we collect Personal Information that is included in the input, file uploads, or feedback that you provide our Services. Our forums (“Forums“, such as our Discord) allow you to publicly post content. By registering for the Forums, you agree that your profile information and the content you post may be viewed and used by other users and third parties we do not control.
  • Communication Information. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
  • Other Information You Provide. We collect other information that you may provide to us such as when you participate in events, surveys, research activities, or information you provide to establish your identity.

When you interact with or use our Services, we receive the following information:

3.1 Vendors and Service Providers

Gehirn is committed to data security. To do so, we employ a variety of security technologies and measures designed to help protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your Personal Information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide you our Services, or for other legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, safety and security reasons, or complying with our legal obligations. How long we retain Personal Information will depend on a number of factors, such as the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, our purpose for processing the information, and any legal requirements.

If you are a registered user, you may access certain information associated with your Account by logging into our Services or emailing privacy@cloud-routers.com. If you terminate your Account, any public activity on your Account prior to deletion may remain stored on our servers and may remain accessible to the public.

8. Your Data Protection Rights Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the EEA, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom (“UK”), you have the following data protection rights:

  • Right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your Personal Information, which you can do at any time by emailing privacy@cloud-routers.com.
  • Right to delete your Personal Information by deactivating and purging your Account in your control panel settings (e.g., https://cloud-routers.com/settings). All Account data will be deleted within 90 days of purging.
  • Right to object to the processing of your Personal Information, asking us to restrict the processing of your Personal Information, or requesting portability of your Personal Information. Again, you can exercise these rights by emailing privacy@cloud-routers.com
  • Right to opt-out of marketing communications we send you at any time. You can exercise this right by clicking on the “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” link in the marketing emails we send you. To opt-out of other forms of marketing, please contact us by emailing privacy@cloud-routers.com
